When VolnoPort is deployed, the system may process radio audio recordings, metadata, Telegram delivery data, local archive data, web panel data, search queries, AI transcripts, keywords, summaries and technical logs depending on the selected configuration.

Why we process data
We process data to answer requests, prepare a proposal, configure the software solution, deliver recordings, maintain a local or server archive, provide monitoring and support, and operate optional AI functions.
We do not sell customer radio recordings or lead data.
Telegram and third parties
If Telegram delivery is enabled, selected audio recordings and metadata are sent to Telegram infrastructure and to the Telegram destination chosen by the customer.
Hosting providers, messaging services, analytics, email or support tools may process limited data only where needed to operate the website, receive requests, host the service or provide support.
Storage and retention
Lead requests are kept as long as needed for communication, sales records and support history. Radio recordings are stored according to the configured archive duration and customer settings.
By default, the archive is local on the technical module where VolnoPort software is deployed. Cloud or server retention is agreed separately.
