Who operates the site
The VolnoPort website and product communications are operated by VolnoPort, registered as an Individual Entrepreneur / ინდ მეწარმე in Georgia.
Acceptable use
VolnoPort is intended only for lawful recording and processing of radio audio sources that the customer owns, controls or is legally allowed to access.
The system is not intended for interception of private communications, bypassing encryption, obtaining keys, unauthorized access to closed radio networks or any other unlawful surveillance.
- owned or permitted radio channels;
- open radio channels where recording is lawful;
- customer-controlled audio outputs from radios, receivers, repeaters or SDR sources connected to a technical module running VolnoPort software;
- operational use cases where the customer has informed relevant personnel as required by local law.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for compliance with radio communication rules, employment rules, privacy requirements, recording notices, personal data protection and any sector-specific restrictions in the relevant jurisdiction.
VolnoPort may help assess a technical connection, but it does not provide legal permission to record or process radio communications.
Telegram, archive and web service
When Telegram delivery is enabled, audio recordings and related metadata may be sent to a Telegram chat, channel, group or topic chosen by the customer. The customer controls who has access to that Telegram destination.
By default, recordings are stored locally on the technical module where VolnoPort software is deployed. Server and cloud options are configured separately and may change storage duration, access model and operational responsibilities.
Service device and limited license
The VolnoPort device is transferred to the customer for temporary use for the subscription term. Transfer of the device does not transfer ownership of the device, software, configurations, scripts, technical solutions, documentation or any other intellectual property.
The customer may not copy the software, clone the storage drive, extract source code, reverse engineer, transfer the device to third parties, modify the configuration without approval or create derivative solutions based on VolnoPort.
Return of the device after subscription ends
After termination of the subscription or agreement, the customer must return the VolnoPort service device in working condition and complete with cables, power supply and other transferred components, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the device is damaged, lost, opened, modified or not returned, the owner of VolnoPort may request compensation for repair, restoration or replacement.
AI features
AI transcription, translation, keyword detection and summaries are auxiliary tools. Results can be inaccurate because of noise, signal quality, accents, language mix, overlapping speech or radio distortion.
For incidents, disputes, compliance decisions or safety-critical actions, the original audio should be reviewed by a responsible person.
Deduplication in multi-receiver configurations
Pro and higher plans may include recording deduplication when the same radio channel is received by several VolnoPort devices. Deduplication is an operational aid that compares recordings and selects the best version for delivery, but it does not guarantee that every duplicate or every transmission will be identified perfectly.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
VolnoPort can include monitoring, support and failure notifications, but no radio, internet, power or third-party messaging system can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.
Commercial terms, support scope, warranty, installation work and optional services are defined in the agreed offer, invoice, contract or statement of work.
